The students will work in groups where they find out facts about the discoveries and the people behind the discoveries. The students take pictures of themselves, which are then cut into the work when the students revise the facts at school.

DESCRIPTION
The task contains three parts, field study, work to deepen the field study and analysis/reflection of the results.
The field study - the students go to the selected streets, walk and orient themselves between the places indicated in the task below.
The students take facts and pictures of the places back to school where the field study is worked on by producing a joint document with the facts (in their own words).
The students reflect on what significance the discoveries have had for the knowledge of the world's oceans, what can this knowledge be used for?
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The first part (the field study) requires the students to go to Gustav Adolfs torg together with the teachers, go for a walk and go back to school.
The second part is at the school where the students work in the groups they walked in. Here it is important that you bring the expected materials back to school.
It is important that the students understand the task and what they are expected to bring back to be able to complete the task.
